Healthy Habits


Recently, I have been finding that my organisation skills and my healthy habits have slowly gone out the window. As it is school holidays, I am ready to face the heat and improve my healthy habits by doing a number of things. In this blog, I will discuss the importance as well as ways you can change YOUR OWN healthy habits back to the way it should be. So, let's get into it!

The importance of healthy habits IS NOT having a thigh gap, having a skinny stomach or anything like that. IT IS being confident with yourself, being more BRAVE and BOLD and MORE ORGANISED! I know, it kinda does sound boring but when you think about it... when you're happy, the people around you become happy and so on. But, you have to remember that you're perfect just the way you are!

Here are some tips/ways you can change your healthy habits;

* Chocolate Milk

Let me guess, you're dying for a chocolate milk right now? Well, instead of having a chocolate milk maybe go down to your local juice bar and ask for a nutritious and organic juice to try. But, if you're just not feeling it or you live like 100km away from a local juice bar then instead grab your blender, choose a selection of healthy fruit and vegetables and then KA BOOM! You have your very own juice to drink!

* Sour Cream and Chives Potato Chips

YOU'RE SO CRAVING SOME UNHEALTHY CHIPS RIGHT NOW! Instead, choose a brand of crackers you like, either choose a dip or cheese of some sort you love and then sit down and eat some crackers with dip or some crackers with cheese. TAA DAA!

* Netflix and Chill

A GOOD ZAC EFRON MOVIE AND A BIG BOWL OF FRESH POPPED POPCORN WILL MAKE MY DAY! I got news for you, UH HUH! What you need is a monthly fitness orgainser so get up and get motivated! You can easily do this by going on to either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher and create your very own. If you're not such a crafty person you can even go on the internet and their should be a template there but they're even templates on both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher. Then, all you need is to come up with some fitness routines. They're plenty of fitness routines on the internet! That's where I get mine from!
